Nara sends automated AI replies to conversations you start. SMS is an optional part of our invitation-only pilot, operated by SUPERSTRUCTURE.
Set up your invited account
Create your Mini in the iPhone app and verify a phone number you control. The pilot is for invited adults age 18 or older in the United States.
Find your agent’s number
When SMS is activated for your account, the app shows the number assigned to your agent. Only your verified phone can use that number to chat with your agent.
Send a message to begin
Text your agent’s number from your verified phone. By texting, you request automated replies to the exchange you start. Your agent uses your shared in-app and SMS conversation history and saved context.
What you’re signing up for
Personal AI chat replies to your messages. Nara does not use this program for marketing, unsolicited reminders, or proactive messages. Visiting this website, receiving an invitation, or requesting a phone verification code does not subscribe you to agent conversations.
Message frequency varies with your conversations. Message and data rates may apply. SMS is optional and is not required to use in-app chat or make a purchase.
STOP — Reply STOP to stop SMS messages. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. Your in-app chat remains available.
HELP — Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@nara.contact.
START — After opting out, text START to resume SMS. Send a new message when you want to talk again.
Privacy and support
Your agent is AI and can make mistakes. SMS is not end-to-end encrypted; avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information. Read the Privacy Policy for how Nara and its providers handle your information, and the Terms of Service for program terms.
