Nara is a personal AI pilot operated by SUPERSTRUCTURE. By using Nara, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
The pilot
Nara lets you create a personalized Mini and chat with an AI agent through an iPhone app and, when activated for your account, SMS. Your conversations share history and saved context across these channels. This invitation-only pilot is limited to up to 10 adults age 18 or older in the United States.
This is an early service. Features, availability, and Nara-managed phone numbers may change, and service may be interrupted or discontinued. Your assigned agent number is part of the service, not a phone number you own.
Your account and content
Provide accurate account information and use a phone number you control. Keep access to your phone and account secure. Contact support@nara.contact if your number changes or you suspect unauthorized access.
Only upload photos and other content you have the right to use. You authorize SUPERSTRUCTURE and its service providers to process your content as necessary to operate Nara, including generating your Mini and AI responses. You retain your rights in the content you provide.
Do not use Nara for unlawful conduct, harassment, impersonation, or attempts to access another person’s account or bypass the service’s restrictions.
AI responses
Your agent is AI, not a person. Its responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use your judgment and independently check important information. Nara is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Nara SMS program
SMS conversations are optional. Once your invited account is set up and SMS is activated, send a text from your verified phone to the agent number shown in the app. By sending that message, you request automated AI replies from Nara to the exchange you initiate. This does not authorize marketing messages or unsolicited reminders.
Message frequency varies based on your conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Phone verification codes are sent separately when you request verification; receiving a code does not subscribe you to agent conversations. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of using in-app chat.
Reply STOP to stop SMS messages. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. You can continue chatting in the app. Text START to resume SMS, then send a message to begin another conversation.

Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our SMS program details and Privacy Policy for more information.
Changes and support
We may update these terms as the pilot develops and will identify the current version by its effective date. If you no longer wish to use Nara, stop using the service and contact us with any account or data requests.
